If available minutes are not all used on the first call, than the following fees will apply: 69¢ fee applies on the earlier of 1st day after 1st use or $1.00 of usage and again every 7 day(s) thereafter. USF surcharge applies to total cost of each US inter-state call. Calls made from toll free access are billed a maximum of 2¢ extra per minute. $1.00 surcharge applies to each call from a payphone. One Minute Rounding. Cost of call rounding to next full cent. Rates (after effective period) and fees subject to change without notice. US minutes based on single intra-state call.
