ANNOUNCED MINUTES BASED ON USING
ENTIRE CARD IN A SINGLE CALL
Call time is deducted in 1-minute increments. A post call
fee of $1.49 will apply per call. Pay phone surcharge of $0.99 per
call will apply. $0.69 will be charged the day after the first use of the
card and every seven days thereafter. An additional $0.02 per minute will
be charged when using the 800 access. An additional of $0.10 per minute
will be deducted at the end of each call. Fees and surcharges will reduce total
minutes available if not used on a single call. Calls placed to mobile
telephones will be billed at a higher rate. Rates are subject to change without
notice after advertised expiration date. Poster rates are introductory and may
have expired prior to purchase or use of the card. Customer Service: For all
rates or to other destinations, or after 7-3-2009 and for all questions,
contact 1-888-784-8750 with live operators 24 hours a day.
Refund: Cards are not returnable or exchangeable and
have no cash redemption value .
Expiration Date: Card expires on the earlier of the
stated expiration date or 90 days after first use. STi Prepaid is not
responsible for lost or stolen cards. Services provided by STi Prepaid, LLC.
