Service fees of up to 38% will apply and a call duration fee of up to $0.49 will apply per call. Calls placed to mobile telephones may be billed at a higher rate. When using a toll free number from a payphone a $0.90 per call surcharge will apply. A weekly fee of $0.69 will apply. Application of surcharges and fees will have the effect of reducing total minutes available if not used on a single call. Cards are not returnable or exchangeable and have no cash redemption value.
