Special Calling Card Instructions
By using this card you agree to the following: Terms and Conditions Prompted minutes are available when used as a single call. At the end of each connected call, the following fees will reduce the number of available minutes and the value of the card after each call: 1) a fee of up to $0.49; 2) a maximum service fee of $0.10 per minute (in addition to the base rate per minute). A $0.69 fee applies on the 1st day of use and every 7 days thereafter. Calls made via toll free access numbers are subject to a $0.02 per minute fee. Calls made via payphone are subject to a $0.99 fee. The maximum domestic call rate is $0.15 per minute (plus toll fee and pay phone fee if applicable). Minutes and or seconds are billed in 3 minute increments. This card has no cash value and is not refundable. Card expires 3 months after first use.
